When Dobie arrived, she had minimal experience with anything (toys, the house, leashes, petting, etc.). She is approx. 10 months old.

She is very sweet, although a little greedy when it comes to chew bones or food. She is feed in her kennel. Any household altercations with other pups are due to one dog trying to take something away from another dog or getting in another dog's space while chewing on bones.

Dobie is the hugger and cuddler. She can also be the instigator (more dominant and confident. Very cuddly).

We are working on everything right now: jumping up, counter-surfing, and getting in the trash. She was very puppy-nippy when she first arrived, that has mainly gone away except when she gets nervous and does not understand.

She is a beautiful, sweet, intelligent dog. With some focused, consistent training, she could be perfect. She is good with dogs and cats, it seems she spent her early life mainly in kennels.  Day by day, we are seeing improvements. She does not seem to have any traits or habits that cannot be corrected. 

She feels safest in her kennel. That is the only experience she seems to have had before coming into our home.
